Naomi Lange performed in musicals as a child, competed as a gymnast throughout her teenage years and took up contemporary dance at university. She studied Musical Theatre and Drama in Sydney, Australia, Lecoq based actor training and devising at LISPA where she met Kim Heron. From London, she moved to Los Angeles and worked as the Art Director on the ﬁlm
‘Rough Hustle’, and Wardrobe Assistant for a Coca Cola commercial with ﬁlm students from UCLA. Through working in the ﬁlm industry she moved into charity development work.
In 2010 she moved back to the United Kingdom and made a home in Bristol. In Bristol, she continued to feed both her passion for the performing arts and interest in business and the charity sector. As a dancer, she performed with Mundi Contemporary African Dance Company and as a Supporting Artist in Disney T.V. series, Galavant. As an actor, she performed in the Tobacco Factory’s site speciﬁc show, Death and the Ploughman and while 8 months pregnant performed in The Record on the Bristol Old Vic main stage during the In Between Time festival. She also completed advanced training with LISPA in Berlin in their Integral Movement and Performance Practice programme.
In Los Angeles, Naomi worked for the Wonder of Reading charity as a Grant Writer and in Bristol, she’s worked in Alumni Relations at UWE Bristol, where she launched the ﬁrst alumni volunteering programme. She has a long history of volunteer experience and in Bristol volunteered as a Treasurer for the Buddhist charity, Sang-ngak-chö-dzong. Naomi currently works as a freelance bookkeeper and Business Manager in Bristol.
