Kim Heron trained as a circus performer then went on to study at Gaulier and then at LISPA graduating in Lecoq based Actor training and Devising in 2008. Since then she has worked as a freelance actor and theatre maker. She has trained in voice at the Roy Hart institute in France and has also trained in stage combat and motion capture.
She has worked with Theatre Ad Inﬁnitum as an actor/musician devising and co-writing the music for the multi award winning Translunar Paradise and also devising and performing in Light a highly physical mimed Sci Fi.
She worked as a puppeteer with Green Ginger on their Tobacco Factory co-production Outpost, as an actor/musician with Platform 4, worked with Concert Theatre on a project fusing masked theatre and classical music, made street theatre shows with Pif Paf and Mufti Games and toured children’s shows with Tell Tale Hearts and Open Attic.
Kim plays accordion, sings and writes songs. She enjoys ﬁnding new and exciting ways to tell stories, making highly stylised, engaging theatre for a wide range of audiences.
